The Singapore Environment Council is a non-government, non-profit organization. It works to create lasting impact on climate change by collaborating with people, industries and governments to encourage and achieve sustainable urbanization by setting new sustainability standards for urban development; educating and empowering communities to lead green lifestyles and conserving biodiversity in the urban environment.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us as: Project Executives/Managers


  • Prepare project proposals and budgets for new or existing projects
  • Direct and manage projects and budget from beginning to end
  • Work with senior management and stakeholders to implement projects in a timely manner
  • Draft and submit monthly and yearly progress reports, presentations where necessary
  • Handle enquiries from partners and public on the Council’s programmes


  • University degree preferred. Fresh grads can apply
  • Experience in project or event management a plus
  • Knowledge of local and global environmental issues an advantage
  • Able to manage projects independently with minimal supervision
  • Good team player, responsible, meticulous and self-motivated
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, solution oriented and committed to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Singaporean or PR only
